Moms and Dads
Our furry family.
Below you will see all of the Moms and Dads of all the puppies that we sell. We are lucky to have these wonderful pooches share our lives and our home!
Here is Basil, registered Cairn terrier, at 6 1/2 months old. His coat is still not as long as it will be when he is a year old.
This little cutie has 21 champions within 5 generations.
Here is my daughter and Basil. She still hauls him around like a Teddy Bear, even though he is full grown now. Basil has a wonderful temperament, very affectionate and gentle and easy to train. He is 11.5 inches tall at the shoulder and 22 pounds.

This is Buddy our registered West Highland White Terrier (westie) male. Buddy has quite a soft coat which would be considered a fault if he was in a show ring. The Cairns and the Westies are supposed to have a course outer coat with a soft under coat. However you find quite a variety of coats from soft to fairly rough in both breeds.

Buddy again out for a walk on our property. What a wonderful loving guy. He is smart, affectionate and responsive. Buddy weighs 21 pounds and is 11 inches high.
This is Janelle, Cairn terrier. She and her sister Lexi (below) came to live with us all the way from Illinois! Brave and adventurous and lots of fun. Janelle is registered and has 21 champions within 5 generations. Janelle is 15 pounds and is about 10 inches tall.Janelle will be bred to Basil and should have pups around March 2010. These pups will cost $800.

This is our sweet little Lexi, sister to Janelle. A real cuddle bug, not nearly as brave as her sister. Registered and of course the same great bloodlines
as Janelle. You really can't see the beautiful colors in Lexi's coat in this picture. She has the most gorgeous mixture of orange, red and blond. Lexi is 15 pounds and about 10 inches tall.
Lexi is now retired from breeding!

Mary is what they call a "shortie" Jack Russel. She is only 11 inches high and weighs about 15 pounds. Mary has such a fun personality. She loves to be involved in what ever I am doing. She is totally devoted to me and follows me around the house. She is on my lap every chance she gets. Mary will be bred to Buddy and should have pups around March, 2010. The price for these pups is $550.

People always tell me how lucky I am that my husband puts up with all the dogs......but the truth is that he spoils them worse than I do. Here, all the dogs are patiently waiting for him to finish his dinner, because he always saves them one little piece each!!
We no longer have all of these dogs as many have retired and I will be putting a hold on my dog breeding after Janelle and Mary have their pups in 2010. I am not planning on breeding dogs again but I am not quite willing to say never at this point!
